    This place does NOT give a hoot if they get your order correct or not. HORRIBLE customer service.
    They are VERY hard to hear on the phone.
    My family of 6 was eating here about once a week.
    Not any more. The last several months while our house was being built pretty close to the location. There was always something wrong or missing from the order.
    I call - they tell me I can come back down and they will fix it - well I have it delivered for a reason. When ordering appetizers- make sure you CHECK for the sauces. Also, with soups crunchy noodles are supposed to come with each order. 1/2 the time it is missing. When I order on Postmates - or through them directly it's the same issue. They charge $19 for a large wonton soup on Postmates - really ? So we get two small ones for $14. There are many other places who would like to make their customers happy - this place is not one of them. Parking is a challenge and customer service is horrible. If you complain about what you should be getting - as advertised- they have an attitude. Sorry, but that is unacceptable as I have many chances.

    Not good.. I think quality has declined significantly. Unfortunately, Redondo Beach has NO good American Chinese restaurants (Panda Express is probably the only decent place...)

    Spent about $65 here for one lunch entree and three other regular entrees and I would say none of the dishes were good at all. To top it off, the to go order took over an hour to prepare and when I went to pick it up they had forgotten the main ingredient for one dish and the main sauce for another. They also didn't give me brown rice even though I had paid an extra $1.25 for it.

    The fried gyoza is not good, it's obviously frozen dumplings which is to be expected but they're not even the good frozen ones! The fried wontons are gross, the meat is horrid. The mushu tasted like freezer burn. All in all just a really bad experience.

    Quick delivery & decent food. I love their chicken chow mein and authentic orange chicken! Tasty! The chicken noodle soup is also tasty.

    My boyfriend and I order the Imperial dinner all the time and it's always a FEAST and so delicious. The Mongolian beef and shrimp chow mein are amazing!!!
